"Ocean Dream" is the name of one of the instrumental songs by North Coast Time, the band I was in with my husband a few years ago. I wanted to create the feeling of being inside the wave, drawn into an idillic paradise. Being on the beach is one of those places where time stands still and you can be in the present moment. Just listening to the rhythm of the waves and breathing in the salt air is good for the soul.
